She has represented media, entertainment, fashion, technology, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical companies in disputes involving virtually all types of intellectual property—including copyrights, trademarks, utility and design patents, and trade secrets. She has experience drafting and opposing motions to dismiss, as well as preparing complaints, offensive and defensive discovery, class certification motions, infringement contentions, negotiation talking points, and settlement agreements.
Before joining O+Z, Audrey clerked for Judge Cornelia T.L. Pillard of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and for Judge Jed S. In addition to her clerkship experience, Audrey was a patent litigation associate at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. and a litigation associate at Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, P.C. in New York. She received her J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School, where she served as Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review and worked as a student attorney for the Recording Artists Project and the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. Before attending law school, she worked as a video editor and producer.
