Corey Miller is an associate at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where his practice focuses on the firm’s copyright and other intellectual property and litigation matters.
Before joining O+Z, Corey was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, where his practice focused on complex commercial and securities litigation and defense of enforcement actions before a range of law enforcement and regulatory entities. Corey also has extensive experience managing electronic discovery, including collection, processing, review and production of electronic documents.
Corey earned a B.A. in philosophy magna cum laude from Tufts University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where Corey was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for three years. At Columbia, Corey served as Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review and completed an externship in the chambers of the Hon. Richard J. Holwell at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Corey is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
