Michael Druckman is an intellectual property associate who represents content creators and brand owners across all stages of litigation. With a background in information technology, he has extensive experience in related areas of the law including digital forensics and e-discovery.
Before joining O+Z, Michael was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where he focused on appellate law and mass litigation. He has represented clients from various industries including pharmaceutical, insurance, oil and gas, and telecommunications companies.
Michael earned his J.D. at Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent Scholar and received class prizes for achievement in intellectual property law and contract law. He also completed a fellowship in Japanese law and an externship with the Hon. Debra A. Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to law school, Michael received a B.A. with distinction in Japanese and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Michael is a member of District of Columbia and New York bars, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
