Rhonda Hooper is a Paralegal at Oppenheim + Zebrak leading the assistance and case management of all matters in litigation.
Rhonda has significant trial and litigation experience in a wide array of legal matters and fields. She has served as a consultant, both preparing for and attending federal and state trials in cases related to professional negligence, environmental protection, corporate anti-trust, and government accountability.
Rhonda is a 2015 graduate of American University, earning degrees in Justice, Law & Criminology and International Relations. While at American University, Rhonda participated in Mock Trial and spear-headed the Student and Faculty Social Justice Initiative, bolstering her passion for issues related to social justice and inclusion. Rhonda also served as a mentor to juveniles in the criminal justice system, helping them gain access to alternative educational programs and family services. She received a university grant in 2013 to conduct independent research in Sydney, Australia and Copenhagen, Denmark, where she studied disparities in access to legal counsel in minority and low socioeconomic communities. In the future, Rhonda plans to attend law school.
